This webinar will educate you on commercial purchases made under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Items. These procedures are used when a good or service being purchased is a commercial item. A large percentage of the goods and services purchased by the federal government are for commercial items, so you need to know how to develop a compliant offer when these procedures are used.

This webinar does not apply to individuals in construction and construction-related fields.

This webinar will educate you in:

• Knowing when FAR Part 12 commercial item purchase procedures apply

• The essential clauses and provisions for you to know to prepare a compliant commercial item offer

• How to develop an outline of your offer for commercial-item purchases
