For service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses and veteran-owned small businesses, the U.S. Supreme Court’s 2016 Kingdomware decision was a game-changer. But five years later, where does the VA stand with implementing Kingdomware’s “veterans first” mandate, and how have the lower courts interpreted and applied the decision? Government contracts attorney Steven Koprince wrote a brief in Kingdomware’s favor and was in the courtroom when the case was argued.

In this session, Steven Koprince

*reviews the watershed Kingdomware ruling;

*dispels a few common myths surrounding the case;

*discusses how Kingdomware has affected various categories of VA acquisitions in the last five years and what the decision may mean in the future.

Target Audience: SDVOSB and VOSB firms pursuing federal contracting opportunities

Speaker(s): Steven Koprince, Koprince Law

Fee: $ 75.00
